Vote!! Should the playoff tiebreaker be changed?

From tiebreak player only for the playoffs to higher seed advances. The idea is to make things easier and more streamlined.

So a yes vote is for changing it to be the higher seed breaks the tie while a no vote is to keep it as a tiebreak player?

For some reason I'm confused.
