This draft couldn't have went any better for me. I planned on spending 7 MIL for Brady or Manning, I spent 5 MIL because of lack of demand (Palmer went for only 1 MIL less than Manning!). TO also came for a discount, but I can understand why on him...but Chad Johnson almost the same price? Larry Johnson came rather cheap as well, and another that I can understand...but Lawrence Maroney went for nearly as much?

With bench players of TB QB locked up (unless they sign a vet or rookie to start), Ryan Torain and Caddy Williams (never know!), Antonio Bryant (led me deep into playoffs last year!), STL WR's (one will be a stud imo), Earl Bennett (eh, I liked him last year...lol).

I overspent on Owen Daniels but also spent much less than I had budgeted for QB, RB, and WR...so I'm fine with the overspending on him.

So enjoy fighting for 2nd place, this is the year of the Devil Dogs!

(Of course now that I posted this, my whole team will get suspended; injured; or retire...karma is a bitch)

So what's the deal with the Bears D? I could bury your bid with my money if I wanted. But I refuse to overpay, I'll take the Lions D first. Take 'em.

I've got the cash to burn and having two good D's is always a plus to me. Gives me the ability to play matchups...

Yes, I'm way overpaying for them as well. But its just a year rental.

I see this thread being bumped in a mocking fashion at some point in the future... perhaps after an injury or two.

I'm really just having some fun smack-talk. I don't place side bets because in the end it is fantasy football and ANYTHING could happen (injuries, bad matchups, etc.)...but I do like my team alot. Thanks for the offer though!
