Updated the draft order based of the rookie draft rules in the constitution.

Rookie Draft

The draft will be 3 rounds and it will be NFL style. The order will be determined on prior year final week 13 standings. The Super Bowl winner will pick 16th. Any ties will be broken by the final regular season Power Rank.
