Going forward and to avoid any confusion with the MFL calendar, anytime we have a deadline we'll consider 8:45 PT /11:45 ET the official end time, unless otherwise noted. Tagging deadlines, trade deadlines, cut down dates, etc. I updated the constitution to reflect the new cutoff times.
