Increase roster size to enable a couple more long term prospects to be carried.

* Increase Roster size to 22
* Add 10 contract years to the cap for 80 total

Is this going to be for 08. i dont understand how we can change things after the major free agency period.
If I only would have started the Detroit D, I would be the 2007 Dynasty champion. Damn you New Orleans D

In 08, I lost in the playoffs to Antonio Bryants career game and amazing TD grab (lost by .4). Actually it was one catch

As with all rule votes unless they are unanimous they are for the following season. I don't think anyone intended for this to take immediate effect regardless. Its more of a way to easily keep the guys we just drafted on our teams after they come off the PS.
