From tiebreak player only for the playoffs to higher seed advances. The idea is to make things easier and more streamlined.

Usually, when the commissioner has a good team, these are the kind of polls you see...

So a yes vote is for changing it to be the higher seed breaks the tie while a no vote is to keep it as a tiebreak player?
