Proposal - Tiebreak player all season long
Right now we only submit a "tiebreak player" with our lineups during the playoffs, it's not used during the regular season. On the web site this also means the commish must manually change this setting before the playoffs start.
I propose we just use a tiebreak player all season long. The chances of a tie are very slim anyway since we use decimal scoring and this would just be consistent all year long and less manual work for the commish to do. And just plain less confusing. Every other league I'm in does a tiebreak player all season including playoffs.
What say you?

I had the most bench points (and that didn't even count my QBs on the TS) so I'd see this as beneficial.

I was looking through some of the old threads and ran into this one that it seems we overlooked.

The rule is supposed to be that the higher seed advances in the playoffs and regular season games end in a tie.

Usually, when the commissioner has a good team, these are the kind of polls you see...

I like what Brandon said. But I'm about the only football fan that sees nothing wrong with a tie.
But because it's so rare in this scoring format, I couldn't care less what the regular season rule is. For the playoffs, I definitely think the higher seed should get the tiebreaker.

My bad. Of course looks like none of us remembered this 4 years after we passed it. LOL
A suggestion...next time we change a rule how about we start a document on the league google drive share that summarizes the change and the date it was passed or changed. That way we don't forget.
I *think* the only thing we voted on and changed this past season was the elimination of the contract cap.
