Trick shots are awesome.
No shit but thats not the case here!
Keep looking up links with your weak smack talk! While the original argument continues to go over your head! Dumb AF
You see, your emotional reactions all off-season are what is so amusing.
Your original point was actually pretty simple to understand. Its not even a bad idea, lets dive in a bit...
Lets start where we can both agree. Defenses don't get cut. Each team has 2 of those on average. Obviously our fantasy starters are unlikely to get cut so lets exclude them. We can likely exclude the primary backups at each position as well. What's left is a very small group of fantasy players at the end of your roster, players 18-22. Old veterans, undrafted rookie FA's, or kickers. Since our league is so deep we do have occasions where a player in this category is cut by an NFL team.
Hopefully you are still with me...For me, if I feel strongly about a guy who gets cut by an NFL team I'm keeping him on my roster. We're playing the long game anyway. And the good players that get cut eventually get picked up by other teams. We are allowed to have as little as 17 players, plus 3 rookies on the practice squad. If you are risk averse and want to wait for "real" GM's to make all their decisions then keep your roster under 22 at all times. In this league though we are very flexible so you can choose.
Given what I just laid out, the cut down date in our league has very little impact. Its kind of an after thought. Not everyone even goes over the limit. Its certainly not worth losing your temper over. There are other reasons I could give as well but you don't care. What happened to you in real life is your backup kicker was cut and you are angry.

You can pretend you have so many well thought out reasons but you don't. Your backup kicker was cut and it hurts.
This league is not for everyone. We expect our owners to have to make tough choices and do their own research. We make calculated risks. We even gamble a bit. We sometimes cut players and then sign them again. Just like NFL teams do.
