Roster Requirement Question
The rule reads "Teams are required to have 20 players under contract from the first game of the season until the last game of the year, Week 17."
Does this mean active roster? Or does this mean, active, IR, and taxi combined, which is how I interpret the rule, since all of those players are under contract.
